Gottlieb | Hertzman performance management was founded by Niclas Gottlieb and Fredrik Hertzman, two good friends and executives. After endless deep diving into our mutual experiences, we always came back to the fact that our mission in life is to make an impact on the road to a better and happier world. We are strong believers that from happiness, passion, courage and inspiration comes great success, both personal and corporate. Because we have seen it and done it before.

These beliefs constitute the foundation of a new, unique, modern and proven version of management consulting and is key for achieving real, sustainable and long term success. We call it performance management. And since real change doesn’t come from one-offs, our team of senior performance specialists produce tailor-made and continuous results, As a Service. Creating great results is too much of a driving force for us in order to do it any other way.

for it. We truly love people, exploration and great borderless visions. Knowing in both our hearts and minds that results come from that combination, leading us to our vision of bringing happiness and greater meaning to people.

   We are on a mission to be different. To serve the actual needs beyond what is expected. To not accept the easy road for purposes of commercialization, but to be rebellious and never compromise the process toward amazing results. Always guided by our values; kill your darlings and aim for the need. We are on a mission, not towards perfection, but rather to a constant movement forward — to improve, to help and to give back to those in need.

   Our culture and DNA are based on three behavior signatures: humor, courage and results. That is what we are, how we act and why we exist. Not only because we know that it brings greater achievements for our clients and a kick-ass mentality of our team, but it will ultimately serve the greater good.

   Our team consist of maturely immature people. We are intelligent, agile and social. And playful, limitless and fun. We have a rich life of experiences, knowing the magic as well as the shit parts of life. That makes us empathetic and wise; able to see what is awesome and what is not.

   Last but not least, we don’t call it work. We just want to have fun!

We also share various backgrounds and experiences from different areas and industries. Some are certified coaches, management consultants, licensed psychotherapist, professional athletes, business developers, sales specialists. But we are all entrepreneurs with big hearts!
